Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription to Dhorxellkhelthon services at any time. Cancellations must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to paid services until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with your first month of service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.
For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not available for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
Session Cancellations
Individual tutoring sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session credit.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds are subject to verification of purchase and may be declined if the refund policy conditions are not met. In case of any disputes, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and purchases may be non-refundable, including:
- Completed tutoring sessions
- Digital materials and resources that have been accessed
- Special promotional packages with specific terms
- Services that have been partially or fully consumed
- Refunds requested after the applicable refund period has expired
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your payment provider (chargeback), we reserve the right to suspend your account and services while the dispute is being resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can resolve any issues promptly and avoid unnecessary chargeback fees.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within the specified time period (30 days for new customers)
- Provide proof of purchase
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request
- Have used less than 50% of the services included in your subscription
